    already have a CD Poker Account, What should I do in order to be eligible to my $150 bonus?

    3. Do you have a Real Money account that has been used in the last 60 days?

    You will have to wait at least 60 days of inactivity in order to close a real money account, and open a new one at CD Poker. After waiting 60 days, write to CD Poker support (support@cdpoker.com) to close your account, open a new CD Poker account, with a different email address then the last one, enter the CD Poker cashier, fill in your personal details and in the end of the form insert our bonus code: prs150

    I have a problem with my CDpoker account, can you log me off/change my password/ help reinstall the software?

    CDpoker is in charge of supplying support for the poker room, you can either e-mail them at support@cdpoker.com or use the live chat function in the poker client in order to reach them

    Do I have to provide real details when registering?

    Yes, you do. Players providing false details when registering are not be eligible for the 50$ + 100$ starting money.

    I already have a CD Poker Account, is there a way for me to receive the PRS bonus?

    Yes, if you haven't ticked ”already a CD Poker member” while registering on the site and your CD Poker account isn't active anymore and you have not received the bonus before.

    I'm not able to login to the Forum

    How can I change my account details?

    After login, click on the “My Account” link in the login box (located in the upper left hand side), all your personal details will appear and may be changed, at any time.

    I just got here , how do I get the bonus?

    In order to receive pokerroomschools free bankroll promotion you must go through these stages:

    1. register
    2. read getting started strategy material
    3. pass the quiz
    4. within 96 hours of verifying your information the bonus will be ready and waiting in your account

    I am German but want to use the Dutch site, is that ok?

    Do I have to provide real details when registering?

    Yes, you should, because after registering you should be verified to be eligible for the PRS bonus. It's important that you provide correct information; otherwise you will not be eligible for the bonus.

  • Test questions

    I passed the Quiz, but I didn't receive my $50 bonus.

    After passing the test, you should Complete the SMS verification process to verify your personal details.

    Within 96 hours you will then receive the bonus directly into your CD Poker account.

    How many attempts do I have to pass the test?

    As many as you need. There is no limit to the amount of times you can take the test.

    What are the reasons for failing the test?

    If you get less then 70% of the answers correct or complete the test within 60 minutes, you fail the Quiz.

    Your test is hard, when can I get some help?

    The test is formed by questions that are all answered in our "Getting Started" lessons, and shouldn't be too hard for someone who studied them, even lightly. If you failed the quiz we strongly recommend going over our "Getting Started" lessons again , the forum might also be very useful

    How much time do I have to complete the test?

    You have 60 minutes to complete the test.

    Why can't I enter the Quiz?

    1. You must wait 30 minutes between each time you attempt to pass the Quiz.
    2. You will not be able to access the Quiz if you have not completed your registration at PokerRoomSchool.
    3. If you never played Texas Hold'em before registering, you must read all "Getting Started" Level strategy content, in order to take the Quiz.

    What are the reasons for failing the test?

    You must reach at least 70% in order to pass the test.

    Can I retake the test?

    No, you can't.

    How much time do I have to complete the quiz?

    You can as long as you need to take the quiz.

    I can't find the quiz –

    If your status is "entry pending quiz" or you did not pass the Entry Level Quiz, go back to pokerroomschool home page and find a link to the quiz (under “Go to class” button.)

    The other $100 is pending in your CD Poker account and can be released in $10 bulks, every time you accumulate 1,200 CD Points.

    Did you use our SMS verification system?

    If you did, then your bonus will be deposited in your CD Poker account within 96 hours after passing the Quiz.

    If 96 hours have passed and you cannot see the bonus in your CD Poker account, please mail us with your username and state that you are waiting for your free bankroll for over 96 hours.

    What do I have to put in the coupon code field?

    There is no need to put anything in the coupon code field. Once signed up through the PRS website and verified, you're eligible for the bonus

    I just got here. How do I get the bonus?

    First you need to pass our Poker quiz. After that you should wait for the verification call. Once verified you can log into the Poker software, contact the online support and ask for your PRS bonus.

    I got $50, where is the other 100?

    The another 100$ is a pending bonus which should be redeemed.

    I just passed the quiz, where is my bonus?

    The next step to getting the bonus after you have passed the quiz is to have your registered details verified by our security team. They will call you at the phone numbers you have provided within 48 hrs.

    Where I can receive my bonus?

    You should log into the software with your username and password, which are the same as those for the PRS website. After that you should contact the Online support and ask for the bonus.
